Our Commitment to Sustainability

Responsible production rooted in science, ecology, and long-term impact.

Sustainability at Jinggeng Daofu goes beyond organic certification. It is built into how we farm, produce, and offset our environmental footprint.

Sustainable Farming Through Tech-BIA

Modern agriculture often relies on chemical fertilisers and pesticides that degrade soil health, disrupt microbial ecosystems, and leave long-term environmental residues. Over time, this reduces soil fertility, pollutes water systems, and increases dependence on synthetic inputs.

Jinggeng Daofu addresses these challenges through Tech-BIA (Technology Bio-Information Adjustment), a biological and data-driven farming system designed to restore natural soil balance.

Using bio-information modulation, Tech-BIA activates beneficial microorganisms, including yeast, enabling natural processes such as nitrogen fixation, nutrient release, carbon decomposition, and toxin degradation. These microorganisms are transformed into bio-information agents that function as natural fertilisers, soil purifiers, plant protectants, and water treatment solutions.

By replacing chemical inputs with living biological systems, Tech-BIA rebuilds soil structure, enhances microbial activity, reduces residual toxicity, and increases carbon sequestration. The result is a low-carbon, closed-loop organic farming model that supports long-term environmental health and consistent crop quality.

Carbon Offsetting & Environmental Stewardship

Near Jinggeng’s Faku maturation site, the company manages a 120-hectare natural reserve dedicated to offsetting carbon emissions generated through spirits production.

Since 2014, Jinggeng has planted approximately 54,000 trees in partnership with local government authorities. This reserve enhances biodiversity while providing long-term carbon capture through mixed forest ecosystems.

Based on typical sequestration rates, the reserve absorbs an estimated 600–800 tonnes of CO₂ annually, sufficient to offset the operational emissions associated with Jinggeng’s maximum annual production capacity of one million litres.

Combined with ongoing efficiency improvements and renewable energy initiatives, the Faku reserve forms a central pillar of Jinggeng Daofu’s commitment to environmentally responsible, carbon-conscious production.

A Long-Term Commitment

Sustainability at Jinggeng Daofu is not a marketing claim. It is a long-term investment in soil health, ecological balance, and responsible growth for future generations.
